FixLock® Fittings

FixLock® from Meibes is a patented, rapid connection system that simplifies the installation by decreasing the time and effort needed make the connections.  They are the fastest and easiest way to connect the corrugated stainless piping used for solar thermal applications. FixLock® fittings can be installed in seconds by simply tightening a nut eliminating the need for specialized tools and soldering.  Unlike similar fittings used for corrugated, stainless steel piping, FixLock® fittings seal against a PTFE o-ring rather than a formed flange ensuring a leak-free connection every time.  Safety and reliability is significantly increased as well, because there is no specialized training or heat required for the assembly process.  Disassembly of a connection is just as fast and the fittings can be reused making them extremely economical.
